Private Reserve means this coffee comes exclusively from our own estate-grown production and represents our seed-to-cup quality promise. We grow, harvest, process, roast, and ship our coffee directly from our farm. We only sell the coffee we grow. Never mixed with coffee from other origin.

At Aloha Star, after harvesting the coffee cherries, we craft our estate-grown 100% Kona coffee using three processing methods: Washed, Honey, and Natural.

Washed Process (parchment-dried)
Our classic Kona cup. Washed Process coffee is clean, balanced, smooth, and elegant, with a more traditional Kona flavor profile. Choose Washed if you enjoy a bright, clean cup with caramel sweetness and a refined finish.

Honey Process (pulp-dried)
Our naturally sweet, fruit-forward cup. Honey Process coffee is dried with some of the coffee fruit’s mucilage still surrounding the bean, helping develop more sweetness, silky body, and fruit complexity. Choose Honey if you enjoy smooth coffee with natural sweetness, dried fruit notes, and a fuller mouthfeel. No actual bee honey is added to the coffee.

Natural Process (fruit-dried)
Our rare and expressive cup. Natural Process coffee is dried with the whole coffee cherry intact, creating a more aromatic, fruit-forward profile. Choose Natural if you enjoy rare coffees with floral aroma, tropical fruit character, and a more distinctive specialty coffee experience.

Yes. We roast in small batches, so the coffee arrives fresh and flavorful. For the best experience, store the coffee in an airtight container away from heat, light, and moisture.
