Choose this coffee for Aloha Star’s signature fruit-forward sweetness, silky body, and clean Medium-Light finish.

This estate-grown 100% Kona coffee is pulped and then sun-dried with some of the fruit’s natural mucilage still surrounding the parchment-covered beans. That is the Honey Process: no bee honey is added. The method encourages sweetness, fruit complexity, and body while preserving a clean finish.

A Medium-Light roast keeps the coffee aromatic and expressive. The cup is smooth and naturally sweet, with layered dried-fruit character, caramel tones, and a gentle brightness that works beautifully black or in a lightly milked drink.

Flavor profile

Naturally occurring tasting notes; no honey, flavorings, syrups, or sweeteners are added.

·     Dried cherry, green grape, dried apple, and fruit punch

·     Caramel and brown sugar

·     A subtle hint of anise

·     Silky body, fruit-forward sweetness, gentle brightness, and a clean finish

Best for

·     Pour-over, drip, or AeroPress to emphasize sweetness and fruit

·     Iced coffee or cold brew for a smooth, refreshing cup

·     Americano, cortado, cappuccino, or flat white when you want the coffee’s sweetness to complement milk

Our farm’s Honey Process coffee placed 3rd in the 2018 Kona Coffee Cultural Festival Cupping Competition. Pacific Coffee Research roasted and submitted Aloha Star-grown Honey coffee for recognized Good Food Awards entries in 2023 and 2025.
