We require a minimum commitment of three months for the Coffee Club subscriptions. If you choose to cancel your subscription before the three months are completed, you will be charged your savings accrued, plus a processing fee of $10.

1. Go to our Shop page and select the coffee of your preference. We are currently offering subscriptions for 100% Kona coffee Washed (parchment-dried) and Honey (pulp-dried) processing methods.
2. Select size, the bean type (Whole bean or ground)
3. Select SUBSCRIBE select frequency that best fits your needs.
4.Click Subscribe. You will be taken to express checkout, where you can review and confirm your order.
5.To complete the transaction, you will be asked to log in or create a new customer account, and then complete the checkout process.
NOTEs:
You can only purchase one subscription product at a time and can't include other types of products in the transaction.
Subscriptions are required to commit to a minimum of 3 fulfilments.
Subscriptions canceled before meeting the 3-order minimum fulfillment commitment will repay the savings accrued as well as a $10 processing fee. Thank you for your understanding.

After you place your first subscription order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your subscription order details and information about how to manage your settings.
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with the shipment details (carrier, tracking #, etc.).
The payment method entered at checkout will be saved to your Account, and future subscription orders will be placed automatically. You will be charged on an ongoing basis, according to your selected frequency, and your order will be delivered to your door. You will receive two confirmation e-mails from us, every time: one when your card is charged (automatic order has been placed), and another e-mail when your subscription order ships.

You can view and manage your subscriptions from your Customer Account. After logging in, click My Account, and then Subscriptions.
All subscriptions are listed in the Subscriptions section. You can click a subscription to view its details, including the next order date, price, subscription frequency, order history, and saved billing and shipping information.
NOTES:
To update your payment information or change your billing address, click Payment method , and then select Add new payment method.
To change the subscription shipping address, you must cancel the subscription and resubscribe using different shipping details.
Failed payments
If your payment fails, you will receive an email notification. The email includes a link to update their billing information.
The subscription's charge will be attempted again after five days, and then for a final time five days after that. If the payment fails for a third time, the order and subscription are canceled, and you will receive an email with the cancelation notification.

Yes, if for any reason you need to change your current subscription’s renewal date, please contact us as soon as possible before your next renewal. We will be glad to assist you.

To cancel your current subscription, first you need to login to your account. After logging in, follow these steps:
Click My account, and then Subscriptions.
All subscriptions are listed in the Subscriptions section.
2. Click a subscription to view its details:
The next order date
Product price (excluding shipping and taxes)
Subscription frequency
Order history
Saved billing and shipping information
If the subscription has a limited number of renewals, the panel also displays the number of payments left in the subscription.
3. To cancel the subscription, click the button Cancel Subscription. You'll receive an email notification with the subscription cancelation confirmation.
Notes:
Canceling a subscription doesn't automatically cancel the most recent order.
If you cancel your subscription after the renewal date, and you don’t want to receive that delivery, please contact us within 24 hours after the automatic order was generated. We usually ship subscriptions orders within 2-3 business days after we receive them.
If your most recent subscription order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the shipment and we will not be able to reimburse you the $ for that order.
