Our Washed Process coffee earned 6th Place and was named a Statewide Top Ten Winner at the 2021 Hawaii Coffee Association Cupping Competition, scoring 85.85 points—less than one point below the competition’s highest score of 86.63.

For the freshest flavor, select whole bean and grind immediately before brewing.
Recommended methods include pour-over, automatic drip, French press, AeroPress, and cold brew. Full City and Dark Roast are also excellent for espresso and moka pot.
