Aloha Star 100% Kona Coffee — Washed Process Medium-Light Roast is grown, processed, small-batch roasted, and shipped directly from our family farm in South Kona, Hawaiʻi.

Our ripe coffee cherries are hand-picked, pulped, fermented, rinsed, and carefully dried in parchment. This traditional washed process creates a clean, well-defined cup that allows the natural character of our estate-grown Kona coffee to shine.

The medium-light roast preserves the coffee’s aromatic complexity, gentle brightness, fruit character, and caramel-like sweetness. The result is an elegant, approachable cup with a smooth body and clean finish.

It scored 85.85 points, less than one point below the competition’s highest score of 86.63. This was our first time participating in the Hawaii Coffee Association Cupping Competition, making the recognition especially meaningful to our family farm.
