FAQ:
-
Yes. This coffee is 100% Kona coffee grown exclusively on our family farm in Kona, Hawaiʻi. It is not a 10% Kona blend or a coffee blended with beans from other origins.
-
In the Washed Process, the outer skin and fruit are removed from the coffee cherries after harvest. The beans are then carefully fermented, washed, and dried.
This method typically produces a clean, balanced cup with greater flavor clarity, allowing the coffee’s natural sweetness, brightness, and origin characteristics to stand out.

The Medium-Light Roast provides the cleanest and most aromatic expression, with gentle brightness and clearly defined origin characteristics.
The Full City Roast develops greater body, deeper caramelized sweetness, and a richer overall profile.
The Dark Roast is bolder and more roast-forward, with deeper flavors and lower perceived brightness.
-
Both are smooth, balanced Full City Roasts made from estate-grown 100% Kona coffee. The Washed Process Full City Roast offers a cleaner, more defined cup with tropical fruit, citrus, plum, toasted nuts, vanilla, chocolate, and caramel notes. The Honey Process Full City Roast is naturally sweeter and rounder-bodied, with dark caramel, brown sugar, roasted almond, hazelnut, dried fruit, and cocoa notes. Choose Washed for clean balance and brighter fruit character or Honey for deeper sweetness, cocoa, and body. No honey is added.
-
Yes. The Full City Roast produces a balanced espresso with chocolate, caramel, vanilla, toasted-nut, and subtle fruit notes. It can be enjoyed as a straight espresso and also works well in cappuccinos, cortados, flat whites, and lattes.
-
This is one of the most versatile roast levels. It works well with drip coffee, pour-over, French press, AeroPress, espresso, moka pot, Americano, cold brew, and iced coffee.
Choose drip or pour-over for clarity, French press for more body, or espresso and moka pot for concentrated chocolate and caramel character.
-
Choose whole bean when you have a grinder, as grinding immediately before brewing helps preserve the coffee’s aroma and flavor.
Choose coarse grind for French press, regular grind for drip coffee, or fine grind for espresso-style brewing.
Storage suggestion:
Store your coffee in a sealed container at room temperature, away from light, heat, moisture, and strong odors. For best flavor, avoid storing it in the refrigerator.
