Choose this coffee for Honey Process sweetness with the deeper caramel, cocoa, and body of a Full City roast.

This estate-grown 100% Kona coffee is pulped and sun-dried with natural mucilage still surrounding the parchment, then roasted to Full City. The Honey Process builds sweetness and body; the medium-dark roast develops those qualities into a rich, rounded cup without losing its clean Kona finish.

It sits between our brighter Honey Medium-Light and bolder Honey Dark. Choose it when you want dried-fruit character and natural sweetness, but prefer more cocoa, roasted nuts, and caramelized depth.

Flavor profile

Naturally occurring tasting notes; no honey, flavorings, syrups, or sweeteners are added.

·     Dark caramel and brown sugar

·     Roasted almond and hazelnut

·     Dried fruit and cocoa

·     Round body, deeper sweetness, and a smooth finish

Best for

·     Automatic drip or French press for a rich, balanced cup

·     Espresso or moka pot for concentrated caramel and cocoa

·     Cappuccino, latte, or coffee with cream

Our farm’s Honey Process coffee placed 3rd in the 2018 Kona Coffee Cultural Festival Cupping Competition. Pacific Coffee Research roasted and submitted Aloha Star-grown Honey coffee for recognized Good Food Awards entries in 2023 and 2025.
