Origin: 100% Kona coffee grown exclusively on our family estate farm, Aloha Star 100% Kona Coffee Farm, in Kona, Hawaiʻi.
Process: Honey Process. The coffee is pulped, then sun-dried with some of the natural coffee mucilage still surrounding the bean, helping develop sweetness, body, and depth.
Tree Varieties: Arabica varieties including Kona Typica, Red Bourbon, and SL34, harvested together to create a distinctive estate-grown Kona cup profile.
Roast Level: Dark Roast. Also available in Medium Roast and Full City Roast.
Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate, hazelnut, chestnut, caramel, almond, and brown sugar.
Best Brewing Methods: Espresso, moka pot, French press, drip coffee, and milk-based drinks. Also suitable for most brewing methods.
Bean Options: Whole bean or ground coffee available in coarse French press, regular drip, or fine espresso grind.
Freshness & Storage: Whole bean coffee preserves freshness longer than ground coffee. Store your coffee in an airtight container at room temperature, away from light, heat, and moisture.
