Our Washed Process creates a clean coffee foundation before dark roasting develops its chocolate, caramel, and roasted-nut depth. Our Honey Process coffee is pulped and dried with some of the fruit's natural mucilage surrounding the beans, encouraging sweetness, silky body, and fruit complexity. Our Natural Process Gesha is dried slowly with the whole coffee fruit surrounding the beans, intensifying its floral aroma, fruit character, and honey-like sweetness.
