A Peaberry forms when a cherry develops one rounded seed instead, creating a small, distinctive bean grade that represents only a limited portion of a harvest. We separate these beans and offer them whole so you can see the authentic Peaberry shape.

This estate-grown 100% Kona Peaberry is Honey processed and Medium-Light roasted, preserving its lively fruit character, sweetness, and rounded body. No honey or added flavor is used.
