NOTES:

  1. These are unroasted beans, milled, and ready for roasting.

  2. Attention Hawaii residents: green coffee beans can’t be shipped inter-island, due to restrictions of the Hawaii Department of Agriculture (HDOA).

Tree variety: Arabica - Kona Typica, Red Bourbon, and SL34, harvested altogether, producing a unique -high scoring flavor profile, which makes our coffee very demanded.

Bean grades: Combination of the premium grades of 100% Kona beans: Peaberry, Extra Fancy (#19), Fancy (#18) and No.1 (#16)

Origin: Grown exclusively in our Estate farm. Milled in small batches, on demand; optically sorted to remove additional defects. Stored in moisture-proof, food-grade bags to ensure quality and freshness. Shipped directly from our farm to you.

Harvesting method: Hand-picked.

Processing Method: HONEY (Pulped-Dried)

Drying method: Sun-dried.

Internal moisture content:  Between 9% to 12% percent by weight, complying with the international standards.

Quality Standards: HDOA for Kona coffee grades + SCA for specialty coffee.
