Washed Trio — 3 × 2 oz bags
One Washed Process coffee in each roast level: Medium-Light, Full City, and Dark. Choose this trio for a clean, balanced expression of Kona with clarity across the roast spectrum.
Honey Trio — 3 × 2 oz bags
One Honey Process coffee in each roast level: Medium-Light, Full City, and Dark. Choose this trio for a rounder, naturally sweeter expression with layered character.
Honey refers to the way the coffee is processed. No honey is added.
Washed + Honey Tasting Set — 6 × 2 oz bags
The complete side-by-side experience: Washed and Honey Process coffees in Medium-Light, Full City, and Dark roasts. Compare the same roast across two processes, then follow each process from lighter to darker.
Available in whole bean or ground.
Experience Three Roast Expressions
For the clearest tasting progression, begin with Medium-Light and finish with Dark:
Medium-Light highlights aroma, brightness, and the coffee’s most delicate origin and process characteristics.
Full City brings together developed sweetness, smooth body, and balanced roast character.
Dark offers the richest and boldest expression, with deeper body and roast intensity.
If your box includes both processes, taste the Washed and Honey coffees side by side at the same roast level.

Grown, processed, roasted, packed, and fulfilled by our family
From Our South Kona Family Farm
We grow Kona Typica, Red Bourbon, and SL34 coffee varieties on our family farm in South Kona. Our coffee cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and processed on the farm using our Washed or Honey methods.
After drying, the coffee is milled, graded, small-batch roasted, packed, and shipped directly from our farm. We only sell coffee we grow ourselves, allowing us to care for its quality through every stage of the journey.
Brewing Your Samplers
For a meaningful comparison, brew each coffee using the same method, grind, water, and coffee-to-water ratio.
We recommend beginning with a 1:16 ratio—one part coffee to sixteen parts water—and water between 195°F and 205°F. Each 2 oz bag can brew approximately three to four 8 fl oz cups, depending on your preferred strength and brewing method.
All flavor descriptions refer to natural tasting notes developed through the coffee variety, processing method, and roast. No flavorings are added.
