Savor the exquisite fusion of our Honey process coffee and aromatic cinnamon, with our limited-edition 100% Kona Cinnamon Bliss. Perfectly crafted for those who cherish unique coffee experiences. Our Cinnamon coffee is a special coffee created by our co-founder, Armando, inspired by the traditional Mexican “Cafe de Olla” or “Cafe con Canela”. This micro-batch coffee has been launched right in time to be enjoyed during the coziest season of all, from fall to the holidays, from our ohana to your mug!

Process: Cinnamon co-fermented HONEY process (pulp-dried). After being hand-harvested, the red coffee cherries were fermented in water with cinnamon bark for 24 hours, before having their red skins removed. Afterwards, the beans were sun-dried with the coffee mucilage intact. This unique combination of processes adds a subtle taste of cinnamon and warm spices to the coffee, enhancing the flavor notes already found in our pulp-dried processed coffee beans, delivering a delightful moment of bliss in every sip. Think of crackling fires, comfy socks, a warm hug, and some added spice!

It is important to clarify that this not a “flavor infused” coffee, which consists of adding a flavoring agent into the beans after roasting.

Only 250 pounds available. We will be roasting weekly, based on incoming orders, while supplies last.
