Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

At this moment, we are shipping our products via:

USPS - Priority Mail.

Fedex 2Day.

We will ship orders within 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed. However, we may require additional processing and packing time depending on how high our order volume is, specially during the holidays and sales.

RETURNS

At Casablanca Farms LLC/Aloha Star 100% Kona Coffee, our priority is to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

We appreciate all the feedback we can get. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know right away. We will either replace the product(s) you have purchased or issue a refund of the price of the product(s) you have purchased, excluding shipping costs.

Please take in count that:

  • You are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us, unless the return is a result of our error, for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item.

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a credit.

  • We will replace any orders that are not received.

  • We are unable to refund any purchase older than 30 days.

About Your Account

How do I manage my account?

You need to sign in to be able to manage your information. Log in using the Sign In link in your navigation menu. When logged in, the link changes to Account. After you are logged in, click on the Account link to:

  • View your orders and donations.

  • Manage your subscriptions.

  • View and manage your member area memberships.

  • Add and update billing information.

  • Add and update shipping addresses for future one-time orders. To change the shipping address for subscriptions, you must cancel the subscription and re-subscribe using different shipping details.

  • Update your name or password.
